Perigee Membership Terms of Service
These terms describe the $199/month Perigee Property Management membership for exterior property care in Portland.
Important: Use the same email address when creating your Perigee portal account and when paying through Stripe. This helps the system match your payment to your portal account and activate member benefits.

1. Membership plan
The Perigee Property Management membership is a monthly exterior property care membership billed at $199 per month unless changed, canceled, or otherwise agreed in writing.
2. What the membership includes
The membership provides exactly the following benefits for the covered property:
- Up to weekly mowing services
- 4 yearly fertilization services
- Twice yearly gutter cleaning
- Free inspections and quotes
- Priority scheduling
- Discounted rates on other services
Included services are subject to weather, property access, service-area availability, safety conditions, and reasonable scheduling windows. “Up to weekly” means weekly service may be requested when appropriate and available; it does not guarantee a specific day or time every week unless Perigee confirms that appointment.
3. Services not included
Services outside the listed membership benefits are not included in the monthly price unless Perigee confirms otherwise in writing. Additional services may include pest control, window cleaning, roof cleaning, roof inspection, exterior cleanup, repairs, hauling, emergency work, or custom property requests. Active members may receive discounted rates on additional services.
4. Portal account and email matching
Members should create a customer portal account and use the same email address for the Perigee portal and Stripe payment. If different emails are used, automatic membership activation may not work and Perigee may need to manually verify the account.
5. Scheduling and appointment requests
Appointment requests submitted through the portal are requests, not guaranteed appointments, until Perigee confirms the service window. Priority scheduling means active members receive scheduling preference over non-member or guest requests when practical.
6. Property access and customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, including gate codes, pet instructions, parking instructions, and any known hazards. Perigee may reschedule or decline service when property access, weather, safety, or site conditions prevent service.
7. Billing, renewals, and cancellation
The membership is billed through Stripe. The customer is responsible for keeping payment information current. A member may request cancellation by contacting Perigee at ma@goperigee.com. Cancellation stops future membership benefits and future billing according to the applicable Stripe subscription settings and any already-confirmed service arrangements.
8. No guarantee of property outcome
Perigee will provide services in a professional and reasonable manner, but results can vary based on property condition, weather, irrigation, soil, drainage, pests, existing damage, customer maintenance, and other factors outside Perigee’s control.
9. Changes to membership
Perigee may update membership offerings, pricing, terms, or service availability. Any material change to the membership should be communicated through the website, portal, email, invoice, or another reasonable method.
10. Contact
Questions about membership, billing, cancellation, appointment requests, or these terms can be sent to ma@goperigee.com.
